After 45 years with Turner Construction Company, Larry Blackburn has joined the CONCORD team as Vice President. With the addition of Larry, who will be based in Tampa, Florida, Concord has a presence in 4 Florida markets (Jacksonville, Orlando, South Florida and Tampa).
