We are proud to announce that Healthpeak’s Medical City McKinney Medical Plaza is now complete and open for business. The new building is a 5-story, 125,000 sf medical office building located on the Medical City McKinney hospital campus in McKinney, Texas.
The first group of suites constructed was approximately 50,000 s.f. and included physician groups representing the surgical, women’s services, behavioral health, and cardiovascular service lines as well as a few Medical City McKinney hospital departments including a timeshare suite.
Concord provided project management services for the project and worked collaboratively with the Devenney Group, LLC Architects, and Rogers-O’Brien Construction. Congratulations to the project team for completing another successful project for Healthpeak!
