Concord is excited to announce that vertical construction of Healthpeak’s new 5-story, 125,000 sf MOB in McKinney, Texas began last week.   Construction is scheduled for completion in May of 2025. Concord is providing project management services for the development project and is working alongside Devenney Group, architect, and Rogers-O’Brien Construction, construction manager.
