The Cleveland Clinic Mentor Hospital opened its doors to patients on July 11, 2023. The 96,000 square foot, 3-story facility is located in Mentor, Ohio. This is the first hospital in the city of Mentor and brings an array of services to the Lake County and surrounding area.
Concord is pleased to have provided owner’s representative services to Cleveland Clinic for the $85 million project. Bostwick Design Partnership served as architect and Whiting-Turner as construction manager for the facility which began construction in September of 2021 and was completed in June of 2023.
