Concord is excited to announce the start of construction of a 2-story, 44,400 square-foot medical office building (MOB) for outpatient services on the HCA/Oak Hill Hospital campus in Brooksville, Florida. Concord is providing owner’s representative services to Healthpeak Medical Office Properties, Inc., the developer. Occupancy is targeted for November/December of 2020.
