Southington, CT – The Hartford HealthCare Health Center is now open and receiving patients at their new facility located in Southington, CT. The 39,956-square foot, 3-story health care facility started receiving their first patients in November 2017. Concord provided project management services for interior fit-out for tenant suites for the following:

- Hartford Hospital Session Space
- Hartford HealthCare Medical Group – Cardiology
- Hartford HealthCare Medical Group – Primary Care
- Hartford HealthCare Medical Group – Endocrinology
The first floor includes 9,000 square feet of undeveloped space for future use.
