Healthpeak Properties engaged Concord Healthcare to provide Owner’s Representative Services for the Arlington Pavilion 1 Medical Office Building (MOB) redevelopment located in Arlington, TX. Building upgrades were completed to the interior and exterior of the MOB to give the building a fresh new look. In addition to the build-out of four new suites, interior improvements were made to the corridors, public restrooms, elevator lobbies, elevator finishes, and flooring. Exterior upgrades were completed to the canopy and curtain wall. Landscaping and signage improvements were made as well.
