Construction of Healthpeak Medical Properties, Inc.’s Nature Coast Medical Pavilion located in Brooksville, Florida has been completed and opened to patients in February 2021. The 44,000 square foot, 2-story facility, located on the campus of HCA’s Oak Hill Hospital, offers outpatient and physician services in Internal Medicine, Primary Care/Pediatrics, Cardiology/Surgery, Rehab/Cardiac Rehab, and Wound Care.
Concord provided owner’s representative services for Healthpeak and teamed with Arco Murray Construction Company and Baker Barrios Architects on the project. Concord is proud of their continued relationship with Healthpeak on another successful project completion.
