Steel Erected for Concord’s New Medical Office Building in Reading, PA

Construction is in full swing with the recent “topping out” of the steel structure for Concord’s newest medical office building (“MOB”). Located in Reading, Pennsylvania, the MOB is being built on the Reading Behavioral Healthcare campus, a joint venture initiative between Tower Health and Acadia Healthcare. Concord is serving as the developer for the two-story, 30,000 sq. ft. project.

Concord has teamed with Warfel Construction and Stengel Hill Architecture on the MOB project which is scheduled to be completed in March 2020.
